A Little Dirt, A Lot of Pink & a Whole Lot of Passion 💗✨

Hi! I’m Melissa the maker, creator, formulator, label designer, packer—and the pink-loving heart behind Glitzy Waters.

I was born into a ranching and farming family, so hard work and getting your hands dirty have always been a big part of the life I grew up in. Then life blessed me with three boys of my own, which meant even more dirt, boots, and boy-mom adventures!

But somehow, in the middle of all that, I’ve always been the girl who loves all things pink, pretty, sparkly, and feminine. 💕

My Glitzy Waters story started in 2017 in the most unexpected way. I was searching for a unique teacher gift when I stumbled across my very first bath bomb. I was fascinated—and I had to know how they were made.

One bath bomb turned into experimenting, learning, formulating, and creating…and somewhere along the way, a curiosity became a passion. It all started in my walk in closet and I almost killed my husband along the way .. I mean who knew he was allergic to lavender?!

And that passion became Glitzy Waters.

My desire is to make skincare that nourishes your skin using only clean ingredients from ethical suppliers. I love the textures of our soaps, lotions and scrubs and more than anything I want soft skin without the luxury price tag and unhealthy ingredients.

I absolutely love creating unique bath and body products that are just as fun to look at as they are to use. I’m involved in every little detail—from developing and testing my formulas to choosing fragrances and colors, dreaming up new creations, designing my own labels, and packaging each product.

 For me, Glitzy Waters is more than bath and body. It’s my creative happy place. It’s where my ranch-girl roots meet my love for pink, glitter, beautiful scents, and all things girly.
